Travel Clinic

Measham Medical Unit offers a limited travel service and can only give the vaccinations that are available to patients on the NHS. These vaccinations are

Tetanus

Diphtheria

Polio

Hepatitis A

Typhoid

Please download and complete the questionnaire below. Please be aware that if you are travelling in less that 4 weeks we may not have appointments available and therefore may not be able to give you your vaccinations. You may be asked to contact a private vaccination clinic. It is advisable to make contact with us as soon as possible before you travel.

You may need further travel vaccinations for your destination. It is your responsibility to check what other vaccinations and any other travel advice you may need. Please contact a private vaccination clinic to advise you.
