Use the NHS App to:

  • NHS COVID Pass – view and share your COVID Pass for event trials in England and travel abroad.
  • Advice about coronavirus – get information about coronavirus and find out what to do if you think you have it.
  • Order repeat prescriptions – see your available medicines, request a new repeat prescription and choose a pharmacy for your prescriptions to be sent to.
  • Book appointments – search for, book and cancel appointments at your GP surgery. See details of your upcoming and past appointments.
  • Health advice – search trusted NHS information and advice on hundreds of conditions and treatments. You can also answer questions to get instant advice and medical help near you.

The SystmOnline app is available for Apple and Android devices. It can be downloaded free of charge from the relevant app store.

The app allows patients to manage any aspect of their healthcare all from one place. It offers much of the same functionality as the online service.

To access your Online Account; you will need to collect your Account Username and Password from Reception first. This will require you to show some form of photo identification in person to our reception staff when you come to set up the login details for the account. 

Proxy Access may be given to parents/guardians of children under the age of 13 years old. Please note that due to conflicting GDPR regulations we do not do Online Access for patients between the ages of 13-16 years old. Access to all accounts will be suspended after the patient's 13th Birthday.
