Measham Medical Unit offers a limited travel service and can only give the vaccinations that are available to patients through the NHS. These vaccinations are
- Tetanus
- Diphtheria
- Polio
- Hepatitis A
- Typhoid

If you are travelling within the next eight weeks, we may not have appointment availability and may therefore be unable to provide the necessary vaccinations in time. In such cases, you may be advised to contact a private travel vaccination clinic. We strongly recommend contacting us as early as possible when making travel plans.
Once we receive your completed form, it will be reviewed by our travel nurse, who will assess which vaccinations you require based on your destination and your immunisation history. If vaccinations are needed, we will inform you and advise you to book an appointment.
